I chose Colsam Energie, because, unlikely other big nationwide Companies, has its offices on the territory where you can relate directly with the staff avoiding call centres where, you know, you can wait for hours and, mostly of the times, its hard to solve any issues.
The Staff in the Menaggio offices is very polite and effective.
